Pass valid for day use / boat launch areas managed by Scenic Canyons on the Colville & Idaho Panhandle National Forests during the 2025 season.  For campgrounds on the Idaho Panhandle National Forests without separate day use areas, passes are valid in campsites from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Not valid for overnight camping. This pass not transferable. Holder must be present. Photo ID required.
