North Clear Creek consists of two loops with 20 sites. The campground sits near North Clear Creek in an aspen/mixed conifer area. It is tucked behind a hill and protected from Forest Service Road 510. The elevation is 9,900 ft.

$46 for a double site
$11 for day use
Reservations: Not available.
Directions: North Clear Creek campground is located in Hinsdale County, approximately 25 miles west of Creede, Colorado. Take the Silver Thread Scenic Byway, Hwy 149, west out of Creede for 22.4 miles and then Forest Service Road 510 for 2.1 miles to the campground entrance. See map below.
Amenities: Toilets, drinking water, trash bins.
Open dates: Friday before Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.
